PHOTO-SPECIAL 19
On the 8th of
April 2008, a total of 8 brandnew Class 66 for the U.K.-market
arrived at Newport Docks with MV Jumbo Spirit. Freightliner got 3
locos (66595-66597) and FirstGBRf got 5 new ones (66728-66732).
Also on board were 2 locos for the European mainland, Euro Cargo
Rail 77012 and 77014, which continued their way to Rotterdam a
few days later. The pictures below show the new locos on board
and on land at Newport Docks on the 9th of April.
