On the 8th of
April 2006 the ship "Jumbo Challenger" arrived in Newport
Docks (U.K.) for delivering 5 new Class 66's for GBRf/Metronet:
66718-66722. Loco's 66718 and 66722 were unloaded on the 8th of
April, 66719-66721 on the 9th of April. All loco's leaved Newport
Docks for transport by rail to Willesden with 66718 hauling the
other loco's.
Also on the Jumbo Challenger were the black Class 66's JT6-JT8.
These units arrived in Rotterdam (Netherlands) on the 12th of
April.
